Exercise your charge and take possession
This will involve legal procedures which need to be initiated and followed through by a Solicitor acting on your behalf.
Generally, charges over an individual's assets are drafted in such a way as to enable the charge holder to enter into possession
themselves.
However, should a creditor feel uncomfortable about taking such action, they could always appoint Clout & Associates
as their agent, thus enabling our Firm to take the action on the their behalf.
